Insufficient packaging for a container of liquid like this. Only one thin layer of bubble wrap inside a simple, thin, tight-fitting cardboard box. Cap was damaged (possibly by package being dropped in transit. Some of the liquid had leaked out so everything was greasy. Unfortunately we have no control over Auspost shipping times and how the couriers sometimes handle the packages.
