Although I was totally disappointed in the delivery time, the main reason I bought from this seller as an Ebay plus deal although for the weight involved 3 days' arrival was unrealistic and more likely Ebay's fault than the dealer's. The winch is excellent the ability to wind out is a big plus and the winch has plenty of grunt. I use it in a portable situation and the handle setup is really good. Would certainly buy again if needed another one
