Bought 20pcs, 19pcs arrived. Only needed 4pcs, so it didn't worry us. We let the Seller know to gauge thier response (for Feeback). They offered no apology and offered a measly refund of 1 of 20pcs - the issue being no concern was given and 2/3 of the international postage. Prior to this, the Seller queried us if Customs had opened the package (there was no signs of this)... we quiered if the the tracking updates (recorded in German) reflected a Customs inspection and they didn't care to confirm

j ai reçu mon kit d engrenages pour accoudoir rapidement. une fois déballé pour l installé, c est à ce moment que je me rend compte que le produit est pas du tout qualitatif. (pas similaire a l origine, usinage grossier et surtout pas de finitions d ebavurages). après avoir passé un bon moment à faire en sorte que les pièces rentre dans le logement d origine, le système ne fonctionne pas du tout.. pour conclure j ai jeté mon argent par les fenêtre!! le vendeur ne répond même pas!!!!
