Although I finally received my refund today for the nuts and bolts, I thought they might offer to ship out the correct ones right away but that didn't happen. Just told us to return them for a refund. Didn't ask if we wanted to reorder, didn't offer to replace them with the correct ones. My advice is to spend a bit more money and buy from The Bolt Barn which is exactly what we did.

All I received was an empty slimy nasty envelope inside a clear envelope printed with we're sorry we care about your order. I notified the seller Fasteners Inc and they immediately shipped a replacement order with a tracking number no questions asked. So if you want to buy from an honest seller, these folks are it.
