What you didn't share in the photos is the numerous messages from you before this being extremely rude and sending me threats. I offered to send you a replacement straight away and apologised for my mistake which we, as humans, all make. I even offered you a refund. Instead you sent me numerous vile, rude, aggressive & threatening message.
