BUT Why does this Ad clearly say “Hair Shaper” & “Strong Hold” but my delivery of 4x units arrived today and each unit clearly shows “Sculpt Shaper” & “Medium hold” plus it shows a hold factor of 4 which confirms a lower hold factor. I was expecting 10. Is this in error ? If so then what now ? If not in error then it suggests false advertising.
