It was a very fast process received product in a timely fashion. But I must say I was was disappointed in the cloth that it was thin and wore a hole in it on a necklace and bracelet it may have been the one particular piece that I used. I would appreciate a more robust piece to clean my jewelry with but I don’t know what to ask for. I will take the blame for any feelings that I may have about the product and will do more research on cleaning cloths because they are pieces that I will need.
