The crown arrived carefully packaged, in pristine condition. It fit and was as pictured and described. It also arrived a full 2 weeks early!!! They shipped the doll in a cardboard tube no packing around her. The doll is in very bad shape, the dress is extremely yellow and crumpled up. Her hair is very frizzy. None of this was revealed description.Reply from: fanda30- Feedback replied by seller fanda30.- Feedback replied by seller fanda30.This doll is a 36 inch doll with a big dress the tube is the only way to ship her the doll was sold for 500$ the buyer was given a 300$ reduction The item was shipped through ups and including shipping and packing and handling costs the buyer was not over charged for shipping Of course the dolls dress would need to be fluffed and arranged after being packed in a shipping tube.
