Product Information

Epic Mickey is a 3D platform adventure game starring Disney's most famous cartoon character. The game's themes involve artistic style the creative process. Much of the exploration and action take place in an alternate realm called Wasteland, a place inhabited by characters and ideas from lesser-known Disney animation projects, and ruled by Oswald the Rabbit, one of Walt Disney's very first cartoon creations. Mickey's most important tools are paint and thinner, which he can use to alter the illustrated world around him. Throughout the adventure, the game emphasizes the concept of "Playstyle Matters." There are multiple ways to overcome problems the hero faces in Wasteland, but his actions have consequences, and the game's story develops according to the choices players make. What may seem like the easiest solution, short-term, might not be best in the end. Epic Mickey was developed under the supervision of esteemed game designer Warren Spector, whose Junction Point Studios was acquired by the Walt Disney Company before the game was publicly announced. The Collector's Edition of Epic Mickey comes retail-packaged with a collectable vinyl figurine, skins for the Wii Remote and console, and a DVD featuring marketing material and behind-the-scenes footage.

    This is truly EPIC!!!

    I was lucky to have come across this. Being an avid Kingdom Hearts fan I thought this would be similar to how that would be. I was way wrong. It turned out to be different and a lot better in a few instances. The game play is fun, basically you control your world and Mickey through your wii-mote and your nunchuck. The graphics are great, the gameplay is phenomenal. The adventure is great. I was truly blown away by the color in the game as well as the intensiveness of trying to figure out everything. The game makes you want to explore every aspect of the worlds. This game deserves 10stars from me. It's one of those games that really doesn't get old. You can play it and then bring it back out again to start all over again. Disney hit a win with this title. I hope more titles are ...

    It is perfect. My son loved it!!!!
