What was sent was a manila envelope 6.25 inches by 4.75 inches with the "ES" tracking number on the back. (see photos). (Enlarge to verify tracking number). Inside is a wooden button. . . (First photo on top of a pencil). EBAY takes great precautions not to let you talk to a real person, I tried several numbers. After waiting 24 days I have a $378.63 button. P.S My wife's car is still in the driveway (broken) This is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SUPPLIER. P.S Amazon had/has the same supplier.

What a disaster. Took about a month and a half to arrive, was shoved into a mailing bag that was about 1/5 the size of the actual item. Folded up onto itself, was very obviously broken. Contacted the seller, they tried to get me to pay ANOTHER $20 to get another one sent to me instead of a refund. Then tried with $10, then offered to send one for free. Trying to return, proper postage was over $150 and they “couldn’t” provide a return label. DO NOT do business with them. Absolutely terrible.
