The product advertised was different from the one shipped to me unfortunately. Seller thought they had the multi-insect Thermacell product but only had in stock the Thermacell for mosquitos. The seller shipped the item very fast and was easy to work with for the return. and refund. Communication with the seller was prompt and helpful even providing a return label .
