The problem I had was nothing to do with the seller but the instructions that came with the device they were almost impossible to understand. I could not get it to work. I got as far as a green non flashing light. I do not like the Application it should be a lot easier to use. Asking too many questions about your set up like what the heck is an NMI number?

The time required for traceable express shipping to commence in sydney (4-5 days after order) suggests that either the item location advertised as sydney is incorrect OR the seller is extremely slow with shipping. Sellers English is poor, communication prompt but requiring numerous interactions.
