Tightening original pivot shoulder bolts pinched arms immovable. Couple of whacks with hammer on punched pivot holes fixed this (grinding paint off pivot point may have worked, also). These newer-style arms fixed long-standing issue with deck not disengaging properly - poor design from factory. Well worth the cost. Thanks again.

USPS attached a note to the package stating that they were sorry for the damage. However, one of the idler pulleys was separated and didn't get repackage. Explain to the sell what happened and was issued a full refund. Not a positive experience, but the seller was honest enough to issue a full refund. Therefore, I can't blame the seller for USPS poor workmanship.
