I read that magnesium can help to alleviate a lot of the symptoms of ME. Some people do tend to exaggerate the healing affects way too much, but my honest opinion as that it has helped considerably in a more subtle way over a few weeks of use. I did not leap fully healed out of the first bath like some crazy fools report but I have noticed significant benefits & will definitely keep buying. I purchased this as a friend told me that magnesium is not only good for you but we sometimes lack magnesium. As magnesium is best absorbed through the skin just a cup of flakes poured into a bath and allow yourself a good soak. As I take medication for my rheumatoid arthritis having baths with magnesium will help me absorb my medication better. Or you can dissolve in water and use a spray bottle to dampen your skin.I purchased this as a friend told me that magnesium is not only good for you but we sometimes lack magnesium. Perfect for high doses of Magnesium and Chronic Illness
I’ve tried multiple ways to get high doses for my ME/CFS (as magnesium is used in aiding ATP production), and none have come close as magnesium chloride. This is truly an amazing product. The only criticism I have, is why the company have used the Hexal brand in the pictures displayed on here, when in fact the product is NOT Hexal. Overall a great product.

Soothing and relaxing.
Bought the product for use in the bath, to help alleviate painful muscles. Dissolves very easily in hot water, i use a couple of handfulls, hence such a large amount is very good value and will last a long time. Magnesium is absorbed through the skin, and you cannot overdose this way. Far better than tablets that can upset the digestive system. I also use it in foot baths.
