The ad states the bag is brand new with tags. I received the item, and it was just tossed in the shipping bag. No tags. There were small blue dots on the white material that looked like ink. There was also a snag, like it got hook on something. I told the seller I wasn’t returning it, because next week it’s being given as a part of a retirement gift. He offered a return label. Take it for what it’s worth.
