Really disappointing you felt the need to leave Negative feedback, we're sorry you weren't able to operate the item with your "vast mechanical engineering background", No tools are required, I managed to use the item as per the photos I sent you along with all the other communication. We're sorry you didn't read the terms of sale, "Returns are accepted but not FREE, for UNUSED ORIGINAL CONDITION items" however you grossly damaged it & it had to be written off.
