I googled best rated dehumidifiers and chose to purchase the HomeLabs 1500 model. The box was well packed-no damage. I have had it for almost a month. The technology is much improved. It runs quieter, and is easy to empty. I especially like the comfort setting. A good machine for the money.

Unfortunately the compressor did not work. When I informed the seller they had me try some reset steps, but they didn't help. The seller then immediately sent me another (same model) unit, and, although this one was labeled refurbished and obviously used, it works just fine. They didn't require return of defective item. The seller was responsive and provided excellent customer service. Recommend!
