I stand by my comment. Do the right thing and process the refund. The product received was not consistent with the item description. Additionally the product indicated returns were accepted. You cancelled my refund request. Again. Do the right thing here. I can take a picture of your product next to a Gm400 output shaft. The item you sold is nowhere near the same in dimensions (I recognize there are differing lengths, not a length issue).

just below your comment it clearly states "350 spline" output shaft. I don't see the confusion or how the product wasn't consistent with the description. I also understand that it is not a length issue. It has TH350 output shaft splines. That's the difference which is why it was posted that way in the ad. Also, in the original ad, it states that "seller does not accept returns"
