I cancelled the item a few minutes after purchasing it. Payment was still taken from my bank account the day after cancellation. I contacted the seller, but am still waiting to hear from them - and eBay - several days later. I have not received the goods, nor has the purchase price been refunded. I am not impressed with the service - or perhaps I should say, total lack of service.

You were refunded in full as soon as I was aware of the situation. I was dealing with the loss of my husband at the time and though I sent my apologies along with a full refund it obviously did not mean as much to you as your £4.50.
