Some of the drives didn't test well (even though SMART health reported 98% or better) when I received them, and was immediately issued a refund without question after sending the test results and serial numbers. You can't ask for anything more buying used drives. Shipping was fast, everything well packed, and items as described. Many drives still have manufacturers warranty. A+++
