I received a faulty item, the corners of the leather case seem to have creases, almost looks like scratch marks.

As leather is a natural product there can often be creases and lines on the leather as part of the natural grain. Apple's leather cases will often have creases around the edges of the case where the leather is folded over the sides, this can be seen on YouTube unboxing videos. I do however understand that this appearance is not always to everyone's liking and if you are unsatisfied with a product for any reason or simply don't like it you are welcome to return it back to us for a full refund.
