Product came with batteries that were supposedly meant to have been removed from the packaging by the manufacturer as they are very bad quality batteries. Didn't know this when I messaged the seller but seller informed me that the manufacturer may have just missed the removal of the batteries in this one. Seller offered a partial refund despite not being at ffault from what I gather. VERY prompt responses too, can't recommend this seller enough. Thanks for being great
