we didn't send anything wrong. It was just like our photos and description shown. You thought it was too expensive, so you opened a return case and asked us for a partial refund of 20EUR. We didn't agree that and we provided you with a prepaid label, but you made so many excuses. you even said you didn’t have a box to send it back, and refused to send the items back! can you tell us why ?????

Radio Oberfläche ist sehr langsam. Passt nur in den captiva, wenn man ein teil der Halterung am Fahrzeug ausschneidet/rausbricht. Die obere blende steht ab und schließt nicht sauber mit der restlichen Oberfläche ab. Ist definitiv nicht die 280€ wert. Positiv war der Versand war schneller da als angegeben.
