Hey mate carbie for the Sthil fs 55rc is perfect works pretty good so far got the carbie on in 5 mins I reckon and new fuel lines in everything is exactly the same as the original just had to change the cable connection for the throttle to suit my model witch was easy remove circlip and it was the same thank you so much mate been having dramas for months

I need to revise my previous negative comment to one of positive. Due to no fault of the company I ordered the wrong carburetor. Research indicates that there are two types suitable for the Stihl FS38 Trimmer. One is for a newer type Z bend throttle cable and the other for earlier models.
Notwithstanding my errorI the company offered me a full refund - much aprreciated.
