Seller printed a shipping label and never sent the product. Then they refunded me and told.me they'd ship it anyways and never has.

PO lost the package. I said I would ship another one when I was contacted. The buyer told me that he needed it the next day and if I couldn't overnight it, cancel it. This was on a Saturday evening, so I cancelled it. Not sure I would have overnighted it either but it was a moot point. Refunded payments for 2 tools they purchased. As far as shipping it anyway, I don't know what that means.
