    Product Review

    Product is a piece of cheap plastic which is why it broke. Product is a kitchen Aid dishwasher high end that has broken down three times in 6 years. I recommend the company that replaced the part because they delivered it quickly at a fair price, but I do not recommend Kitchen Aid products. Have a Kitchen Aid refrigerator that also broke down - re-did my kitchen and the design firm recommended Kitchen Aid - not worth it.

    Expensive for what it is

    I only needed the little plastic snap to hold it on, but mine has broken twice (I think it gets hit by incoming dishes). They can't sell it separately, since it's from the manufacturer. It's $0.10 worth of parts and $10 worth of everything else, I suppose.
