I was unable to determine if it had the internal webbing so returned it as possibly substandard as it had no place of manufacture on it or the packaging. This is a very important safety item on the steering and essential to have known quality. This is the first time I have ever had any issue with this seller but I will consider doing business again in the future with this seller as usually their products are good value and as depicted.

    Exact fit for my 1998 Expedition

    Exact filter I needed to replace with OEM part! Perfect fit no problems with installation whatsoever. Some other filters had reviews of no marking on the side saying Motorcraft but this one did and came in the original box.
