    UV QUICK FIX PEN

    It is great for quick repairs but if find that it works better with a stronger UV light. It seems to set harder if you do. A must is that the 'paste' gets well onto the surfaces too. Otherwise a very useful tool, even in the pocket !

    Useful glue for transparent materials

    It works fairly well, but the LED UV light was unreliable in mine and it also took a lot more than 5 seconds to set the glue. The glue sets quickly in bright sunshine, so that is what I recommend using, when available.

    Excellent quick and easy to use!

    I have previously used this product on my chess pieces (Battle of Waterloo with a number of thin spiky bits and legs on platforms which break easily). Every piece which has been fixed has remained fixed and not come apart. Very quick and easy to use. The UV is a brilliant way to ensure that the glue dries and solidifies quickly. Definitely recommend.

    Perfect for filling small gaps

    I have been using this product as a “one drop” solution for a model railway accessory application, and not as a “glue”. However it is an excellent filler and can be built up in layers and shaped to suit by electric minidrill or light filing/sanding. This particular product as advertised is in a handy small dispenser and is simple to use - and it works! Much depends on the application. It is also known as “Proformic”, “Bondic” and larger quantities can be purchased under these trade names.
