Contacted seller, and was advised that it was all our phones that were the issue, and that we should buy new phones. Our phones are iPhone 12 Pro max, and work with all other wireless chargers except this one. Buyer beware with this seller.

THE WIRELESS CHARGER SENT IS GENUISE FROM MITSUBISHI AND HAS PASSED THE FACTORY QC INSPECTION THERE SHOULD BE NO PROBLEM THE REASON IS THAT THE BUYER'S PHONE IS AN IPHONE12 WHICH IS ALREADY OBSOLETE ANS IT'S A PROBLEM WITH THE BUYER'S PHONE
