Seller did not send it as a fragile item, and shipped 4 days after I ordered it. Seller did provide a refund, but argued that she didn’t advertise as new, even though that’s what the condition description said, so the condition was not accurate.Reply from: sweokgrl- Feedback replied by seller sweokgrl.- Feedback replied by seller sweokgrl.Perfume was shipped wrapped in bubble wrap then put in padded envelope I thought it would be secure, Item damaged and leaked everywhere, I issued a full refund. And apologized. Was listed as 75% full but there was no way to tell that after receiving it and it leaked all out. I couldnt have made the buyer happy regardless. An apology and full refund was not enough.
