Great headset
Crystal clear, easy to charge, long battery life (over 6 hours talk time) and very smart. For example when you pick it up to answer, it automatically answers when you put it in your ear. If it's already in your ear and the person calling is in your contacts, it announces who is calling. It will ask you "answer or ignore." Great but doesn't fit easily on ear
This device is fantastic to use, and has great sound quality including an easy setup by NFC. The down side is that it will just not fit on my ear no matter what I did. I has to use the small plastic loop at all times to make sure it stays on my ear. I just don't know what happened to engineers when they design in ear devices. By the way my ear is an average person size and such. I would like to see the design team trying to put this device on their ears in less than 5 seconds!. Because of this, I am giving 3 stars. NOT as good as my old bluetooth
I like the clarity of the calls but switches off randomly and if it is already in my ear it may or may not answer when you tell it to. It has never announced the caller even though it says it will in the instructions. (me not figuring out the settings even tho I have been over them several times? ) Overall I would rate it as a mediocre earbud. Not what I have come to expect from Plantronics. The seller got it to me in very timely manner! I have been in touch with Plantronics several times and this is the "nature of the beast". Good at first
I have owned several of these. Along with other Bluetooth headsets. I like the features this headset has however the durability isn't there. The headset lasts me around 9 months. Then the other caller complains they can't hear me. Plantronics usually will warranty the product. It this becomes a hassle. Happy with this older Plantronics model.
I've used this bluetooth set for about 2 weeks and it's performing well. I did turn off the auto sensors that are supposed to disconnect and reconnect connection when removed and replaced on the ear. It works some of the time and sometimes disconnects while still wearing it. You can do this with the PC app. It's been great since. No complaints on audio quality from people on other end like some poorer noise canceling bluetooths I've had. It also works with the separate BT300 PC dongle.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

The best one
I've Been through several headsets. Had a Bose - Great sound, but missing all the features of less expensive units. And now, they're priced way higher than I'll pay. Lower priced brands have had the features, but poor quality sound. The edge has the quality of sound, both for me and the person I'm talking to, and all the features that I expect. UNBREAKABLE Plantronics!
I always had another brand of Bluetooth. This time I decided to try something new. I checked out other brands & the reviews, decided on Plantronics. Set aside the cool look, the sound quality, ease of operation, almost immediate pairing... these things can take a beating! One rainy night I got out of my car, thought I had it in my pocket. Well it fell on the ground! In the rain! I looked around & thought I had lost it somewhere. A couple of days later my Son & I were raking leaves and he comes across it! He said "well this is shot!" I was dumbed, I really liked it. So, I said let me see if be ANY, SLIGHTEST chance it works... WELL, turned it on & hears "2 HOURS OF TALK TIME" Not muffled, breaking up or any of that stuff! This was a good Bluetooth system, but have some inherent weaknesses. Unfortunately the one I got was defective
The charger worked great, but thr ear piece noise cancelation feature also canceled your outgoing voice. I placed a piece of tape over the back which made it temporarily usable, and simple requested that they send me another ear-piece for which I was willing to pay. They sent a return label to send it back but I needed a hands-free to use while working. That was my reason for offering to pay, making fir a good resolution for both of us. Excellent reliability, lightweight, could use a varitey of earbud sizes
This behaves better than any the Legend or Voyager (including all their firmware updates) when used with my Samsung S6. Wish it had variable earbud sizes. I like the plastic transparent over the ear add-on. Wish it was clear rubber.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Glad I Got It!
I bought this item to replace an older, less sophisticated Plantronics Bluetooth headset. The old one was suffering unexpected disconnects from the phone and people I called were always complaining about voice/call quality. The noise canceling microphone of this unit works very well. The unit links easily with my Galaxy S5 (rooted & running Android 7). One feature I like is the ability to auto answer when the unit is picked up and placed in the ear. Another is the ability to answer a call from a voice prompted command making it a truly "hands free" system. I wish it had longer talk time/battery life but the charging cradle is an added bonus. Once fully charged the cradle seems to stay that way until the headset is plugged in. And the headset can be "topped off" several times before the charging cradle power level goes into the red. The bottom line... this package is a great value considering the price I paid for my older unit (purchased at a membership warehouse store) was just about what I spent on this Voyager Edge.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
