We received an onyx tray, which we feel was damaged by UPS. The box that it was shipped in was also damaged. The people at the store, Nature Home Decor, were very helpful, and offered to send us a replacement tray. They immediately shipped a replacement, which UPS promptly mis-delivered, sending us on a "wild goose chase" in an attempt to track it down at their local store. We finally received it today, in perfect shape. THANK YOU "NATURE HOME DECOR"! I would recommend them again to all.
