    • Works great!

Recently played with it at a show and holds my Meinl 20" ride and 16" Meinl China without any problems. The boom arm was long enough for my 20" ride with some wiggle room. I'm guessing it may be kinda tight with any larger ride cymbal. Other than that, this stand took every beating I threw at my cymbals without budging. Nicely designed, has some weight to it and is very sturdy. Really like the option in the 4000 series which allows extending the boom arm straight up to use as a straight stand too. Once in this position, the elbow of the stand has a hole where you can pivot, align and slide to tuck away the boom arm into the stand itself which makes it easier and compact when breaking down. I also bought the 4000 mini boom stand for my 16" crash which has the same feature. Highly recommend ...

    • Solid cymbal stand

I am running a 22” ride and a 18” crash on it. The stand is highly adjustable and of a solid construction. It’s a very good stand.
