Unfortunately it didn’t come as described. This had a knockout missing on top (not pictured or said in the ad) and clear signs of use even though it was supposedly new open box. Explained that I needed it this week but seller didn’t care to let me know of these issues and now that I brought it up says “return for a refund”. Buyer beware!

please see the pictures in the listing, the knockouts were indeed intact and there were no signs of previous use. you paid on the evening of April 6th item was packed then and dropped off to the carrier on the morning of April 7th. Yes as I told you in our communications that we offer 30 day returns if your unhappy with your purchase please return it for a full refund.

    Handy Little Vacuum

    For the long term it's too new to tell that, but for now it works great. I really like its concealed nozzle to get in tight spaces. Only thing I see is if you leave the charger plugged in all the time as the instructions tell, the charge light is on too long in my estimate. But, I could have seen it in it's charge cycle when I was passing by it. Time will tell.

    Little devil hand vacuum

    I spend money on this product for nothing. Even that I primary bought it for little areas , like closet corners, that are difficult to reach with my Romba , this device its not worthier . No power to suction particles in my car carpet, weak to suck any hair on wood floor or car. I really will not recomended at all.

    Not a bad product - wish battery lasted longer

    i realize it's an older product, but the battery life isn't great... maybe 15-20 minutes continuous usage max. other than that, good product. thanks

    Great size for small vacuuming

    So far it has performed well except the red light which indicates that it is charging is not working properly. It stays on for a little while and then turns off so I am not sure if the vacuum keeps charging.. I guess time will tell.

    new vacuum

    I had almost the same one for a year and then it would no longer take a charge. This one works better, but the extendable nozzle is a lot shorter and harder to work with.
