I complained as she had originally messaged me to ask if I wanted granddaughter & grandson on the two gift cards I ordered - (even though I sent her pics of the grand/daughter/son cards) & I responded 2 days later (as I’m v. busy) She’d went ahead already & sent me 2 blank!
Her post stated there’d be a delay which was fair enough but not that it’s sent regardless! I told I her won’t be back with such poor consideration of her customers. Her priorities are obviously herself & efficiency!!

I'm sorry you felt it necessary to leave such review. The personalisation distinctly asks for the relation along with the names, the pictures only represent the different images. I haven't received any images from you regarding the relation only what Ebay provides for the different designs. I have tried to resolve this issue by offering a refund or to send out replacements for you but instead of a reply I have received nothing but offensive messages. These reviews are only what I expected!
