The inner packaging of the hair dryer (plastic inserts holding all components) was split and cracked on every edge and corner.. Exterior of box was not damaged, nor was the postage packaging and the item seems to be working fine. However as a gift for my daughter for Christmas it didn't look very nice and NEW and I felt embarrassed giving it to her. Contacted seller, Aus Post was blamed for the damage with no further action indicated from the seller.. 👎🏼Won't be purchasing from them again.

This buyer want refund because the box was a little bit broken, while the product is in very good condition. We said if she's not happy about it, we do accept returns. But she doesn't return it, just wants money. We refused to refund her without return, so she gave us this negtive feedback.
