Seller had in description of the item that it was brand new and when my package arrived, which was late The seals were broken off, and there was hair in the box of the figure when figure was taken out paint was coming off as you can see in provided photos. We issued a refund, we will fix any problem. Contents was sealed and new based on visual inspection of the product. Customer was complaining from the minute we shipped the item, before they ever received it. We have a full return policy and they returned it.
