The Seller 's communication is excellent. The product FINALLY arrived today surviving a box assault for sure but still was okay. The box had been torn up and the stand is separated from the tv and that may be how it was packaged. It is no fault of seller. Luckily the packaging had lots of air in the compartments. The box has been loosely re-taped. Thank you for Haier TV/DVD combo. The item is as described and shown.
