The seller accidentally shipped the wrong color grip. When I notified him of this he responded very quickly, confirmed the correct color and shipped the items. I received them in great condition. Lisiting showed premium style copper neti pot (solid construction, silicon washer design), however I received the budget style (welded cone). Seller offered partial refund, which I declined, and then instead of wait for me to mail it back to India, they just gave me 99% off and closed the case. Lesson is: call their bluff!! If you get scammed, most of the time a seller would prefer to let you keep the junk they sent you. Then you can do a bigclive-style teardown, or scrap it.
