Shipping was very rough!
The box that it was shipped in looked like it had been dropped from a plane! The alternator had a tab broken off of it. I attempted to turn the internal of alternator and it wouldn't turn because of a loose part inside of alternator. When the tab fell out of it that's when I noticed that a tab had broken off from the casing and ended up inside the motor. There was a rectangle shaped plastic piece on the exterior that had been deformed so badly that the cap that was supposed to snap on to cover electronic piece wouldn't fit any longer. I had to use gasket maker to glue it back on. This alternator had clearly been tossed around, dropped, thrown etc. which was a shipping issue not a product quality issue. Once I reworked it and put it in the vehicle it worked Great! The alternator was ... The box that it was shipped in looked like it had been dropped from a plane!
