The seller knowingly shipped filters that had been used as new. One of the filters was filled with water, and the only way this could have happened was when it was connected to the housing. I strongly suggest that you ban this user from E Bay I the present as well as in the future. The photos I sent include: 2 of water droplets in the bag, and one of the 3 filters with the notation( filled with water).
