Buyer doesn't have an understanding of what item condition means. The item was in brand new condition with tags. It does not refer to the item's model. The pictures on the listing also clearly show a different design from the latest 2023 Burton swash gore-tex jacket model and my listed item was $130 cheaper than Burton's retail (369.99 vs 499.99). If the buyer was caught off guard, it was due to him not checking the item's pictures and description. This is clearly buyer's mistake/remorse.
