California buyers beware! This seller is not familiar with the rules for shipping live plants to California and does not appear to be interested in learning. One of my two orders was seized by the California DOA because the plant was shipped in soil rather than bare root as the listing indicated. I spoke with the DOA agent who said the plant would not have been seized if it had been shipped bare root. The agent also indicated the seller appears to be unlicensed. Caveat emptor.
