I purchased a pair of pants, a long sleeve top and a jumper for my daughter. I told the seller when I received the pants there was a small hole in the pants which I'd noticed on opening the parcel up. The seller asked for pictures which I provided and the seller then said the pants looked nothing like they'd sent. I ended up buying a iron on repair patch and fixed the pants myself but I felt really weird about the whole interaction.
