Great tool, performance as expected and reasonably priced.
I had to strip out and rewire two boats and convert the bowmount electric motors to 24v from 12v . I bought this tool because I had to make a couple of dozen different terminals and connectors so I needed this tool to speed things up and give me a strong connection between the cables and terminals that wouldn't come loose. This tool worked perfectly well , I can't fault it in any way.

Definitely overstated power, could t swage a 5mm rope. Could only produce enough force to make a small mark on the top of the swage. Sick of Chinese products being over stated for weight. The reason why I know that this is overstated is that I then used my other press worth a gauge and was able to swage the rope at only 4tonnes or pressure. Would be for small jobs or perhaps just grab a hand one because it would be just as good. Definitely overstated power, could t swage a 5mm rope. Good product, value for money
operates well in regards to crimping. Takes a little bit of effort/care when operating as the hydraulic crimper is a bit awkward to use due to having to use 2 hands to operate the crimper. Overall I am happy with the crimpers.

Cable crimps
These arrived in record time which is great. They look and feel like the branded crimps you can pick up at the trade store and will work great for the odd jobs I will use it for. Not sure how it will last in the long term and if they would handle industrial use though.

It does the job that it's supposed to do, a price cheaper than hiring one for a day at hire shop that... "makes your job easy" . It seems to be well built but as i've only made 4 crimps so far, time will tell. Only thing that is a bit weird is the "On/Off" description on the knob controlling the the hydraulic pressure release valve. Perhaps it was just me but It seemed to be backwards in operation. ie to operate the crimper, the valve needs to be in the "off" position, so On is valve open and Off is valve closed.It does the job that it's supposed to do, a price cheaper than hiring one for a day at hire shop that...
