This pond heater has done exactly what I was promised. My fast growing goldfish (we are new outdoor pond people) are clearly much more comfortable with a consistent 20 degrees Celsius as the colder days and especially nights settle in. Tbh I don't know how many litres our pond is but I estimate 600-900L this heater had the entire body of water at a steady 20 degrees within 2 hours if setting it up, the ambient water temp was 15 degrees when I first turned it on. Very happy!
