Sends incomplete flare kit with missing mouldings and then when I ask where they are I was told the kit doesn't include these. This is after I had to send many photos to show them what was missing and I had to prove to them what the kit should contain? No idea of the product they sell. Massive inconvenience with 10+ emails back and forth. It’s never our intention to cause inconvenience, and we completely understand the frustration this has caused.While we haven’t encountered issues like this before—since the rubber trims are typically included in the kit—we acknowledge that this was a frustrating situation. To resolve it, we’ve already dispatched a replacement order for the rubber trims, which is scheduled to arrive by the 30th of July.
