This is not the first time I have purchased from this seller and all I can say is that they are professional and obliging and shipping is very fast, I even asked for a copy of the tax invoice and was all sorted very promptly (in an hour) I used the carpet cleaner it only took approximately 20mins and my rug is like new. Dont waste your time buying from Bing Lee, took over a week to arrive. I had asked for the phone to be bubble wrapped and boxed for protection. They couldn't care less just sent in a bag not even bubble padded. Didn't even get an apology just a.... send photos as must be brand new unopened to refund! I have repurchased from professional business.
