    The order arrived damaged with the cap open even though the item was packed in bubble wrap. The order had leaked everywhere. I assume this was a logistics issue and to do with the transit of the order in the post. I reached out to the seller Gudz UK who agreed to give me a full refund. I can't blame the seller here as they have been so understanding. These things do happen from time to time, and I hope the seller gets this delivery issue resolved with Royal Mail.

    I have given this a positive but this is for the price only. On arrival the packaging was wet inside as the bubble wrap pocket was sticky with leaked shampoo, hence less liquid. The secondary packaging was insufficient to keep the product tight & upright hence the leakage. Please view attached photos. Suggestion, fastening the tops with tape, for transit, might solve the problem of leakage. Recommendation to this seller. A.Smith

    I ordered on the 29/05, they said they sent untracked on 30/05, yet it arrived on the 11/06 by Tracked 48??? I nearly put a claim in, and had no response to my earlier email.     The best healing cream ever!

    I have gone through a few of these since my daughter was born almost 8 years ago. It started as cream for us, but I have used it for so many other rashes and skin issues for both my children and myself. Even for my husband! The tube lasts sooo long as you only need a tiny amount which is both good value for money and simply very effective. Now my sister is using this cream and also loves it. Been using for her family for just under 2 years now. I’m grateful for this cream. Saved us so many times. Love it, love it, love it...

    Best nappy cream

    My baby has extremely sensitive skin, I usually only use cloth nappies and cloth wipes for him as he gets a very bad nappy rash almost instantly. We have been away and had to use disposable nappies and wipes, Weleda cream protects his skin amazingly. He did not even get any redness at all! I am well pleased and do recommend.

    PERIORAL DERMATITIS CURE!!!

    Oh my god I cannot rate this cream enough, this has virtually cleared perioral dermatitis in less than 24 hours. It's a thick cream with calendula and zinc and it is perfect on the skin. The redness on my face has gone down so much after applying this cream and I'm so thankful. Thank you!!!!

    Worth every penny, would not use anything else.

    My little boy wears cloth nappies, we use this at every change and apart from when he was 4 weeks old and had thrush he has never had nappy rash since, all through teething, upset stomachs etc. Any time his bum has looked a bit pink I've slapped on a bit extra and it's gone by the next change. It smells lovely and is full of natural ingredients (when did we start thinking it was a good idea to put petrochemicals on our skin??), I would never use anything else.
