The replacement item finally arrived 11th July. Not impressed with delivery timing, but that may not be 100% the sellers fault.

They said 24hr tracking but i did not get any goods. The company then said i had to wait another 5-7 days for my payment to be returned . the company were quick to take payments then reluctant to respond to any questions why i did not have my goods posted. I said i needed my refund urgent as a storm was coming. Sadly this did not happen. We were left with no power or heating.
